YOUR AI CHIEF OF STAFF

A hundred moving parts.
Already one step ahead.

Ocula connects what your teams know, acts before risks become problems, and learns from every outcome.

Protect the launch.
Move the migration.

Monday’s launch now clashes with the migration. Ocula checked capacity, deadlines and approvals to prepare this plan.

OCULA HAS ALREADY
  • Confirmed Platform capacity for the following week
  • Checked the migration has no fixed external deadline
  • Verified Security approval covers this launch

The trade-off: migration benefits arrive a week later. The customer commitment holds.

UNDERSTAND. ACT. LEARN.

The bigger picture.
The details, handled.

A decision in one team changes the work in another. Ocula spots the impact and gets ahead of it.

01 / UNDERSTAND

See what no single tool can.

Connect a customer promise to the team, review or decision it depends on. Find the risk while there’s still time to change the outcome.

02 / ACT

Take the coordination off your plate.

Request reviews, follow up with owners and update plans automatically within the remit you set. Ocula checks the result before calling it done.

03 / LEARN

Make the next call better.

Remember who to involve, how long work really takes and which decisions matter. Use that experience next time, with corrections from your team.

VERIFICATION

It asks.
Then it verifies.

When the records leave a gap, Ocula can ask the right person in Slack. It checks their answer against the work before treating the issue as resolved.

You choose who Ocula can contact and where. With messaging off, it brings the question to you.

Ocula

Can both Platform engineers support the migration next week? The launch needs them on Monday.

Platform owner

Yes. Both are available next week.

Capacity confirmed. Two sources agree.

The owner’s reply matches next week’s capacity plan in Linear.

Unanswered questions and conflicting evidence stay open.

Every outcome.
A better

Ocula compares expected and actual outcomes, verifies the cause, then updates how it plans, who it involves and when it acts.

LEARNING FROM A LATE REVIEW
  1. OBSERVE THE OUTCOME

    Two days planned.
    Five days needed.

The launch slipped. Ocula traces the delay to a late Security review.

Launch plan 2 days Review history 5 days
  2. VERIFY THE CAUSE

    Ocula checks why.

With messaging enabled, Ocula asks the owner. Their answer matches the review history.

“Allow five working days for this scope.”

  3. UPDATE THE NEXT PLAN

For releases with the same review scope. Recheck when the scope or owner changes.

  4. ACT AND CHECK THE RESULT

    Next launch, Security starts early.

Eight working days ahead, Ocula opens the review with the right owner, within its agreed permissions.

Signed off four working days before launch.

This result feeds the next decision. Four days this time. Ocula adds the result to its evidence, keeping the five-day allowance for now.

What if the next release is different?

A new identity provider may introduce a Legal review. Ocula checks the new scope and owner; lead time stays unconfirmed until it is verified. It does not reuse an old approval or expand its permissions. Your team can correct what it has learned.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before we talk.

Talk to us
How is Ocula different from a status summary?

Ocula is designed to work as your organisation’s AI chief of staff. It builds a live understanding of your priorities, commitments, people and decisions, then uses that context to anticipate problems, surface what needs your attention and take action within the permissions you set.

It verifies information before acting, checks the outcome and learns from results and corrections. Each decision can draw on what your organisation has already learned.

What would we need to connect?

Selected Slack channels, GitHub repositories, and Linear or Jira projects around one initiative. We agree integration availability, access, data handling and deletion terms before connecting anything. The first conversation needs no workspace access. See how access and actions are scoped.

Can Ocula take action or message our team on its own?

Pilots start with actions you review. You can then agree specific tasks to run automatically, where those capabilities are available. Messaging is optional, with agreed people and channels. Changes to customer commitments, scope or priorities stay with the people you name.

What happens when Slack and Jira disagree?

Ocula is designed to show the conflict, link to the evidence and seek clarification before treating an issue as resolved. When messaging is enabled, it can ask the relevant owner. Corrections inform future checks; learning never grants new permissions.

What’s available today?

Ocula is in development, with focused design partner pilots. Before you commit, we show you which integrations and actions are ready for your initiative and agree any human support.

What does a pilot cost, and what happens afterwards?

We agree a price and scope for six weeks before you commit, with a 20-minute weekly review. At the end, we review the outcomes and decide whether to continue. There’s no automatic subscription.
