ACCESS & ACTIONS
Your context.
Your control.
Permission to understand your work and permission to act on it are separate decisions. Both belong to you.
Ocula is in development. Before a pilot starts, we agree the capabilities, controls and data terms available to your team.
What would Ocula read?
Start with one initiative and selected sources: the relevant Slack channels, GitHub repositories, and Linear or Jira projects. We agree integration availability and access scope before connecting anything.
The first conversation needs no workspace access. You can discuss the work without sharing company records.
When can it take action?
A pilot starts with reviewed actions. Standing permissions can then cover specific tasks, such as requesting a review or following up with an owner, where those capabilities are available and agreed.
Clarification messages are optional. If enabled, we agree the people and channels Ocula can contact. With messaging off, it brings missing information to you for review.
Customer commitments, scope changes and other consequential decisions stay with the people you name. Learning can improve a recommendation; it does not grant new permissions.
How do we stay in control?
The product model connects findings to sources and records actions, outcomes and corrections. A correction should change the next action, not just the stored note.
Before connecting tools, we agree how your team will review evidence, correct context, pause actions and end the pilot. We’ll show you which controls are implemented and where the pilot needs human support.
How would our data be handled?
Before you share source data, we document the hosting and model providers, who can access records, model data-use terms, retention and deletion arrangements for your pilot. You review and agree those terms first.
An enquiry does not authorise access to your work tools.
Does this score our engineers?
No. The focus is work, dependencies and commitments across teams. Individual productivity scores and employee rankings are outside Ocula’s remit.
What does this website collect?
The enquiry form collects your work email, company, preferred starting point and any context you choose to add. It does not connect tools or upload source records.
This site uses no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or session recording. Read the enquiry privacy notice for storage, hosting and contact details.
Bring your access requirements.
We’ll work through them before you share data.
