What you choose to share

The form asks for your work email and company. You can optionally describe a coordination challenge. Please avoid including confidential company records, credentials, or personal information about other people.

What happens when you submit

Your enquiry is sent to Formspree, which processes and stores the submission and sends us an email notification. We use Google Workspace to receive and reply to these emails. A confirmation is shown after Formspree accepts the enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not connect any of your work tools.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond, discuss whether a pilot would fit your organisation, and arrange the next conversation. You are not added to a general marketing mailing list. You can request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing partners@ocula.dev.

Website services

We use Google Workspace to receive and reply to email. The site has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or session recording. Its font is hosted locally. Hosting providers may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. The enquiry service may temporarily use connection information to limit spam. The interactive example uses fictional records and keeps its state only for the current page session.

Before a pilot

A pilot has separate agreed terms for scope, source access, service providers, retention, deletion, and data handling. The marketing website does not ingest your Slack, GitHub, Linear, or Jira workspace.
